Looks good, however you might just want to put some retaining nuts and bolts in the drum to make it sit more securely in the frame. As it stands, a nudge could tip hot coals everywhere.

Same goes for the 'grill', just to stop it being knocked off.

Good effort though.

At university our BBQ was a shopping trolley with half a very rusty oil drum on with another slice of shopping trolley as a grille.
