Fantastic road presence.
Discussion
Today I was pootling up a dual carriageway near us at about .75 leptops - or whatever it is - past several lorries in L1. Up behind me came something I have not seen for years and years, but my goodness, it had some road presence.
It was a boggo Vauxhall senator - very impressive indeed.
Whatelse has all but vanished from our roads which had a similar presence?

Maybe it's because in the back of your mind you was thinking this..... It was a boggo Vauxhall senator - very impressive indeed.

Rover P5

As featured in the Roger Moore film about him and his doppleganger - racing along the dual carriageway at furious speeds...
Also like the Sweeney era Fords.
Spooky, was just stopped at some lights n one of those drove across in front of me,twas very original with very flat grey paint, was just thinking its the coolest thing ive seen in ages!As featured in the Roger Moore film about him and his doppleganger - racing along the dual carriageway at furious speeds...

Interesting few posts. There's a guy in my area who appears to be well into his Senators; another Rover fan who has one of those P5s (is that the one?). A there's a guy who appears to have recently bought a 635 who I've seen around recently.
The best for road prescence is the white late model 928 that someone appears to use as a daily around here too.
And...speaking of prescence, I've just seen the new Ferrari ff in dark blue going past. Sounded nice and looks a bit like an elongated Z3M.
