tamora window not working.
Discussion
The nearside window of my Tamora would not work the other day, wouldn't drop or lift and didn't drop slightly when the door was opened. After stripping the door panel off, the window switches and the control box out and finding nothing amiss I wiggled the wiring loom about and it worked perfectly again. I suspect either a frayed or broken wire in the loom where it goes through the door or A post, or a faulty connection at the plug on the A post.
Has anyone had a similar problem? I take it to get to the A post plug the door needs to come off by undoing the four allen bolts inside the n/s footwell and lifting the door away?
Thanks

Bit the bullet and took the door off (4 bolts) and have traced the fault to a loose connection between the male and female socket in the A post. Some fine adjustments to the female connections and all seems well so fingers crossed.
May be worth checking this if you have a similar issue.

You can take the doors off with just one nut and a caphead pin removal.May be worth checking this if you have a similar issue.

No worries of alignment doing it this way.
Take the 10mm nut off the top hinge, and on the bottom hinge there is a 6mm caphead, remove this and the bottom hinge "opens" from around the bearing.
