Just thought I'd start a thread where everyone can post ideas on low-carb meals / snacks.

There's loads of guys on here currently on a low carb / high protein diet and I'm betting you're all in the same situation as me, bored of the same thing!

Some of mine ;

Bacon & Egg for breakfast
Egg mayonnaise
Chicken stuffed with cheese and Italian herbs
Salmon in low carb white wine sauce (simple to make)
Tuna mayonnaise with red onion
Chicken stir fry with vegetables
Liver and onions

My favourite protein shake (post workout) - banana, 1 tbsp Peanut Butter , 50g protein powder, 350ml milk. All blended up. Gorgeous!

Please share!

Good thread! Here's my 2p:

Shoulder of lamb, in bite sized chunks, stir fried with chilli, garlic and mixed spices.
Serve it with lots of sliced raw tomato and coriander leaves. Slices of raw onion too if you like them. Takes about 15 mins all in.

Cauliflower pizza. Look it up, it sounds awful but is actually very good indeed.

I'm eating ...

Salads at lunch, so could be ...

Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, Egg with lettuce leaves, tomato and some cuecumber and pepper. Than maybe have spoon full of cottage cheese instead of any kind of sauce. I know there is a little bit of carbs in the cheese.

Dinner just eating the same but with veg. So chicken breats, steaks, ommlettes, stir frys without noddles.

Sounds decent.

I haven't cut out the carbs completely. Need carbs to help fuel my exercises.

What is it with you lot and cauliflower!? Cauliflower pizza and now cauliflower rice.

I must say it sounds disgusting but I'll have a go!

Some good ones so far.

I'd just like to add I've just had the breakfast of champions!

2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 98% Pork sausages and a Choc Mint protein shake.

Yum Yum!
