Best insurance price

Hi all.

Just gone ahead with a policy with Heritage. Fully comprehensive and around 3k miles per annum, 24 years old, Carlisle post code, sub £300 I was rather happy with that price! It's a Series 3 XJ12.
I rang one company, I forget who, and I got a price of £319, but whilst on the phone to her, I resubmitted my details with Heritage as the previous quote was with 5000 miles, so i changed that quote to 3000 miles and it lowered from £380 by around £100. So whilst on the phone to her, I had to explain that her 'best price' was no longer my best price, lol.
A rather boring story, I digress, but I thought I'd start my first post in the Jaguar sub-forum.

Sounds high to me

I have an XKR and an V8 XJR both unlimited mileage inc use abroad
I'm down south not far from the M25

Both are well under £300 each

I've got a Bus pass

But even before that I seemed to get low Insurance quotes

I'm quite happy with sub 300 at 24 years old. I have a mate paying 240 PER MONTH to insure a mk5 VW golf 1.6!
