Can anyone give me some help. Tomorrow me and a mate are going for a blat down to the coast, him on his Yamaha fazer and me in my caterham 7.

We are aiming to leave earlyish to avoid a bit of the traffic. Can anyone recommend me a route or good roads to explore on the way down. We dont want to use any motorway if possible and as little dual carriageway use as possible.

Also any breaky stops for a cuppa and a bite to eat.
