Has anyone fitted there handbrake to the front wheels? I have a hydraulic handbrake that I want to plumb into my front breaks so I can lock them up without locking the rears like a line lock I have twin cylinders on an obp pedal box so I am unsure how a conventional line lock would work

are you talking about a mechanical handbrake, or hydraulic ?

If there are two circuits ( ie one for each front wheel which would be incredibly weird ), then you would of course need two solenoids for a line lock, or a 2 channel one if it exists.

Aren't hydraulic handbrakes illegal in the UK? Certainly used to be when I was rallying...

AFAIK it is legal as long as there is a cable one in operation as well.

Correct. The only requirement is there has to be a mechanical handbrake for MOT etc.

You could have a hydraulic handbrake on all wheels if you wanted as long as there was a mechanical one in place.
