I've got a Starmist Blue Chimaera, and chose normal alloys rather than black ones when I had the choice. Maybe I am getting old (scrap that, I AM getting old), but for me black alloys on a blue car look wrong.

As an owner of starmist blue chim, dark wheels just don't look good, they get lost. You ideally need a bolder colour.

I know what you mean, i too think my Starmist looks the same at all times, but on photos it looks quite different in dull light compared to in sunshine

Thanks for the comments, those charcoal ones look nice, but I think I agree that they will probably not stand out Enough. The black ones I saw were on a crimson red chimaera and looked very good.

Robert, get them to paint one for you, possibly in a steely grey, not too dark. That could look smart. I am not convinced that mine look particularly good in normal aluminium colour, but am convinced that black would look bad.
