interchangibilty of memory seats and steering wheels X308

Hi all
would it be possible to change memory seats and steering wheel to a car with non memory seats and electrically adjusted steering wheel?
are the electrics already in the car to attach to seats and wheel and therefore just a simple swap including the switches and buttons?
thanks in advance for the advice.
oh, and on heated seats if i install heated seats do i just need the switch gear to work them from the dashboard, or do the electrics have to be retrofitted?
i have a donor car with all the bits if i need them and its a simple job
