Clicking noise from water pump area.

Hi guys iv been offered a G reg MX5 1.6 . It has a clicking noise from the water pump area seller says its from the pulley what could this be? Also how much would i pay ( roughly ) for a cambelt tensioner and water pump replacement?

P.S any other advice is really appreciated. Also Just done a quick reg check and the car came back as a eunos NA6CE Import. What the hell does that mean?

NA = Mk1
6 = 1.6
Eunos means it was not originally a UK car. Sold new in Japan probably and then brought over second hand. Often a good thing as less rusty and better equipped (generally).
