Are these problems to be worried about?

I took a look ender a Cerb the other day, an R reg, and there was flaking paint and surface rust on the chassis rails that run along under sills below the doors. It was only on the surface and could no doubt be wire brushed and undersealed, but is chassis corrosion a problem?

It also had load brake squeal when coming to a stop.

Brake squeal is very common. Theres a few threads of this if you do a search.
Mines squealing again.

I was told it can be, so i got mine dinitrol treated by the dealer free before i brought my cerb as i live right on the coast.

Once the chassis starts corroding in all the usual places, and places you cant see, you're looking at a complete strip and re-work... TVR Bodyshop are the only ones I know of, who have done this before....
EXPENSIVE!.....
