Carrera GT

Hi Guys

Anybody on here own a Carrera GT and fancy a trip to Beaulieu on 27th August for their Supercar Show - they are on the hunt for one - private message me if anyone can help.

And to me there will only ever be one Carrera GT.

A bit like when Honda owners call their shopping car a CTR.

I think Sambaman on here was going to buy one, if he did and still has it he wont be using it for a while so it may be available ?

Correct. The Carrera GT is the V10 supercar, not the 924 (irrespective of what you may have seen 'when you were four')

Not sure how much of your post is serious.
Sambaman did buy a CGT - there were at least two threads about it, and yes, he won't be using it for a while (if he's managed to keep it) on account if him being in jail.

IIRC there was a Carrera GT and a GTS in the 924. The GTS being the more racey with perspex light covers rather than the pop ups of the GT being one of the differences.

Fair enough, but they're still both variants of the 924.

The 924 is arguably the more important machine.

I do not believe that the Carrera GT has been raced at all seriously, let alone Le Mans.

There was also the Carrera GTR, the full-on race version with mega hp.

If he wants to distance himself from Sambaman why is he selling his White Carrera GT ?
