Fiat 500 twin air brake pad upgrade

Bought a new twinair this april. I love it. Fun, everybody smiles at you, seems to be great quality and avg economy is 5.7 liters per 100 kms, which is a mix of mountains and as fast as possible a roads.

One thing I would like though is harder brake pad compounds, because I think these are grabby which is a little annoying when coming to a full stop.
Anybody upgraded? Which pads? Is thr (cold) street stopping power worse?
