I was wondering if anyone would be able to shed any light on this? I can shut the doors up and activate the alarm, everything seems to be ok but the doors don't lock. I've checked the voltage from the wire that goes from the alarm to the door/window control ecu, that switches from 0 to 12v when the alarm is activated.Has anyone had the same issue? It was working ok until I wired the inner locking button in but I think that was coincidence.

Mine did this soon after I got it. Needed a new alarm/immobiliser to sort it!

Door reed switch.

Do the interior lights stay on also?

Put a magnet to each door sensor in turn and lock the car to test. Sensor is underneath the door.

Be warned though that as the system uses logic you will have to go through a open, close, lock routine to check fully as the door control unit has a paddy when it sees a lock signal from the alarm without the door being closed.

Thanks ridds, think you might be right. Have noticed also that the interior lights haven't been going out, was going to look at that next.Passenger door needs to be shut quite hard for the window to be activated to close.
