Workshop / Storage available - RG41

I am about to sign an agreement to lease a workshop which has more space than I require and so I'm inviting interest from anyone who'd like to share the space.

It is a lock up space on a farm with power and light and measures (in total) 24' x 20' approx. It's alarmed and behind electronic gates.

If anyone is interested then please PM me with the details of your requirements (storage / repair/ restoration /likely duration etc) and I will provide additional information. Please note this isn't necessarily first come first grabs but as it will in effect be a sub-let I need to be clear on intentions etc.

I'm pretty sure the garage space you have will be too expensive for us (we have a very low budget road-legal track MX5) but it's always worth asking, especially as it's local for me.
