WTD - Trackday Operations Manager

My client is the leading Uk and European Track day company. We require an Events Manager, ideally with either Race car or motorcycle experience in this field. However the ideal candidate will be able to manage events with up to 240 participants, organise logistics behind the event and manage our fleet of rental machines, motorcycles and cars and the staff attached to them.
This position is a life style role. You will be travelling through out the UK when not based at their offices near Horsham West Sussex and no 2 days are the same. Its a constant 100 percent attention to details and delivery of the product. You need to be within 1 hrs travelling of our offices. Computer skills are also required. This is a position that requires a candidate that can give 100 percent at every moment.
Salary up to £30k. Based in West Sussex (RH20 post code).
