Detailing spray
Discussion
As a general rule, sealants last longer than waxes. To get the best out of your detailing spray you should be using it in conjunction with a sealant. I use the zaino range. I apply 3 coats of sealent when starting off and then apply one coat every 3/4 months using z8 spray after washing and z6 spray in between washes. You'll find the the shine and the beading will last for months rather than weeks.
Megs have some sealents as well so I recommend doing at least one coat after your next wash, before using detailing spray. Remember that less is more when applying sealants, you'll be surprised how little you use!

Besides from the Megs range there are some other top quality paint sealants such as Chem guys Hybrid V7 and Auto Finesse Tough Coat

Have a look at those. V7 is something I personally very much like.

Ok, my car is brand new, therefore I have been washing, polishing, then onto a detailer spray. Seems to be working ok, with good results..So looks like I am missing the sealant.. Like using Megs product, what should I use for sealant?
Get some sealant on it asap to protect it, nothing like this would have been applied in the factory. I would personally recommend1 bottle of Zaino Z2
1 bottle of Zaino Z6 detailing spray
If you can't be bothered doing layers of sealant (You'll need to buy Z-FX if you do), sub the Z2 sealant for Zaino CS
