These look OK - fleabay item 200799058806.

I used to stick sellotape weatherproof tape over the lens which protects them, but it seems sellotape have stopped making this thick tape....

British leyland (clubman) on my 2.8 FHC Wedge i believe, lens fixing are centre not diagonal as those on e-bay remember some one said a long time ago that they are smaller dimension wise may be wrong but worth asking the question as they dont fill the opening

Early wedges had Lucas side/ indicators; later they switched to ex-Renault 12 (Dacia Denem) units. Reliant used a near-identical version of the Renault unit (per the Ebay item) but with the whole thing moulded in plastic so they don't rust, unlike the Lucas/Renault originals.
The Renault ones are smaller: if you have the ribbed style bumpers then there are more complete ribs showing above and below the Renault type than with the Lucas units. The Renault ones look daft if fitted to an early bumper.

I've actually bought a pair of these lights from this ebayer and they fitted my 350i a treat. Not up to the original Lucas quality but a very good and much cheaper alternative.
