Having blinged up the car up for my wedding, with personal graphics and ribbon, I forgot one simple thing.

When it started to rain and i switched on the wipers, the passenger side one got caught on the ribbon and promptly snapped off laugh.

Not wishing to get too upset about this and reach the church on time i cracked on - it's amazing how well the rain falls off the windscreen when you drive fast, and how irrelevant wipers clearly are (;)

Anyway the MOT is due so i need to replace the whole arm. Does anyone know what model/part i need ? Alternatively, I quite like the look of it with only 1 wiper, has anyone done such a change/upgrade ? and is it easy to do for someone as clueless as me ?

Congrats! And thanks for the heads-up. Mine will be used in September to take my daughter to the church for her wedding. Thought I'd tie the ribbon to the wing mirrors, but I'll use plenty of RainX as well!

Congrats.

I don't use the passenger wiper and have I 22" (I think) or something like that flat blade. Works fine.

6" is nothing to brag about, it's positively small.

Remove passenger arm.
Fit longer blade to drivers arm.
