It's not just a thing for the ladies apparently, I've seen plenty of lads around with a similar "decoration", usually a flowery Hawaiian necklace or something. Usually accompanied by stickers everywhere, and a baseball hat of some sort.

I can imagine the charming conversations that could be had with some of these stylish people...

Go to Thailand, The rear view mirror will have all the Buddah's and flowers which will prevent them from crashing. A lot cheaper than paying insurance in the UK.
