Guys,

I want to buy and collect a pair of 295/30/18 Michelin PS2 N3 tyres, Camskill have run out of stock with a 3 week wait but they have the best price of £243.70 inc.VAT? Any other clues worth trying?

Thanks.

I got my rears from OPC, they were happy to price match Camskill on a pair of 305/30/19.

They've got them here http://www.tyres-pneus-online.co.uk/car-tyres-295-... for £266.17 but they'll usually price match. Delivery though, not collect.

Neither offer a pickup service which I need as I am overseas and need to freight them. Will need to keep on looking.

can you not get them delivered to friend/relative/helpful PH'er and get the courier to pick up from there?

Yes I could but then need to pay VAT. I'll see what I can work out.

Event Tyres, we've used them so many times now and they're always absolutely fantastic. Very recently bought two 235/40/18 PS2s from them - worth checking out if they have them in stock in the right size.

ETA: Just read your later post, sorry.

They should be able to do the shipping too - I got the impression they're based in Germany and shipped out to me in the UK from Holland, although that could have been because I bought Vredesteins (which are made in Holland) so they have been shipped direct from the manufacturer. Either way, it's worth asking them.
