20 mins in and only the wheels on - note the V/H chassis ie Very Hard.....

Body-coloured Diffuser awaiting insertion of Clear Rears.....

CCMs visible now, with ADS ready to go. Red calipers suit the main shell I think.....

Good to go with a big smile.....


Will probably get in touch Mike at BR to see about new cats and manifolds, though maybe next year as I'm already £39.99 out of pocket.

Whoever says reds and yellows are Ferrari colours has never been to Little Tikes

Something tells me that the paint is actually on hand to repair all the damage that >will< happen when the Cygnet gets clattered round the house for an hour or two.

Old houses Andrew - they are a labour of love as you can imagine, and once a year get a bit of a touch up.

It's actually 100 years old next year, same as Aston Martin, though I'm aware there is a heated debate on this subject within AMOC !!

Phil. The trick is to get an even older house. Once you go back to the timber frame times you can get away without any paint for ages.... I suspect then only to get hit with some whopping bills for new bits of wood and a new thatch. Ask me in a few years!
Meantime, the spirit level has not seen the light of day. If it looks right,; it's right!

Alas not! Minor op on Monday meant I felt like doing precisely bugger all since. I suspect any contribution here may have been more misconstrued than usual so I thought best to have a sabbatical. In addition the blood and snot in the keyboard got a little bit gross and my mouse lost traction.
