Gearbox Breather

What size pipe/hose do you all use to and from the overflow pot. Ive been venting to air for the last few years but have a few weeps from seals now. I do have the breather pot thing (not fitted) but the pipe holes seem tiny sort of -4 size?? My breather plug in the top of the box has a bigger vent.

-4 is fine. There will be very little air movement. All you are venting is the air expanding and contracting with gearbox temperature change.
