Anyone near Epsom got a towbar I can test some lights on?

Hi all,
I have a second hand bike carrier on which the brake lights don't appear to be working. It's the only thing I have which plugs in to the electrical hookup on my truck, so I'm not sure if the problem is on the brake carrier or on the truck.
It would be useful, therefore, if anyone has a towbar and could let me plug the light board in to test it?
Alternatively, anyone with something I could plug in to my truck to test would be equally welcome!
Ideally within a relatively short distance of Epsom.
