I'm not sure what the etiquette is on stating how much you've been helped out by the factory/dealer/warranty company. Think it might depend on individual circumstances quite a bit...

would still be worth hearing some of the costs even if they are broken down into the catrgories you suggested JSG(since there will be no more goodwill from the factory).

I thought this was a forum that tried to help fellow TVR owners.
I think finding out what cost and how much help you get from TVR or the dealers with regard to this engine issue is very important.
And not just conducting some sort of league table on those who have and those who haven’t.

my 3 rebuilds have cost me £0.00.

Don't know who picked up the tab, dealer, TVR Power or the factory, do I care , no!!! Untill the next time that is
