Engine Paint

I am looking for a shiny green engine paint as used for the classic Ford Kent engine (example below). It is not the color used for MG or Austin Healey. Could anyone help?

Thats obviously not a Kent engine, but when did Ford use that colour on a Kent engine??? I am just about to paint one as well for a Formula Ford and it looks quite good!!

I have looked through their website, found this http://www.frost.co.uk/engine-enamel-paint.html, but there are no color examples. Do you think it is metallic green?

According to this view out of Frost's catalogue http://www.who-sells-it.com/images/catalogs/5284/2... it could be green metallic
or pastel green, but that is not a metallic colour. What do you think?

I don't know for sure but very much doubt Ford would have used a metalic paint in that era.

hm, it's a TVR Grantura, build 1962 with a Ford 109E, 1340. First owner could have paint the engine in that color, maybe aftermarket. I had fifteen ten years ago a catalogue of a UK company doing rebuilds and they had them painted in that color as well.
