A redundancy based question...
Discussion
I'll start this off by saying this isnt a "pity me" post, infact quite the opposite. It is quite a long post and i've tried to keep it as clean / balanced as i can.
Within my current business we are going through a process of redundancy, apparently a need to create a more flexible workforce is being cited as the reasons - a need to reduce costs is probably closer to the reality.
However its not the most straight forward story and i would appreciate any advice from those better qualified than myself.
Consultancy period began a little over 6 weeks ago, started with an initial disclosure from the company that redundancies would take place, and then a request of individual meetings to discuss how it would affect us all.
Had my individual meeting and it was laid out that the redundancy selection had been based against a series of KPI's. This framework was then provided sans any personal figures, i.e you have not achieved this score (no mention of what had been scored)
Since then there has been numerous meetings as per guidelines, and at every meeting a request has been made for a copy of said figures (and an anonymised selection pool breakdown) to date these havent been provided.
Its probably worthwhile at this point noting that the previously accessible month by month / YTD figures have been removed from the internal computer network thus resulting in no-one being able to verify any of their figures.
It is also probably worth mentioning that the other member of staff within my store has been with the company 30 years vs my 2 1/2 years. It would also be wise to point out that prior to the redundancy announcement my performance figures were significantly better than his.
So...
I was unhappy within my current role - and am now seeing this as the much needed push to make some changes
But...
I am currently on "gardening leave" awaiting some kind of resolution from them, i'm currently playing my hand as "nicely nicely", but i'm convinced that the process has been manipulated to avoid paying said other member of staff a high redundancy package. I am confident that i achieved above the measured KPI's and have recorded all of my KPI's since beginning the role, and these confirm this.
Where do i stand legally? What do i do?
Obviously being made redundant is an inconvenience, but the simple fact of the matter appears to be that it is flawed?
Advise much appreciated.

Thats the funny part of it, the redundancy framework is national - it would seem however that figures are being misrepresented / ignored to suit individual stores.
As i said not looking for pity or feeling particularly down about it , just a touch bemused as to how a company cant set out a set of guidelines and then quite clearly lie
