Picked up my new car and dove a 100 bloody awful miles in one yesterday!!!
Horrible it was. What made it worse is that the 50mph signs came on and so we slowed to 50 as you do and IDIOTS continued to pile past doing way, way over 50 and then one numpty aqua planned and scared the s*** out of himself and the rest of us too.
Why are there so many idiots who just don't drive according to the prevailing conditions?
Got home safe and spent all of this morning cleaning the car.
Cheers
Steve

I'm near Bingley. It's just calmed down here having been banging away since lunchtime. I've been intermittently checking Flightradar24 to see how LBA is going on in it - numerous planes flying in circles waiting for a chance to land, a few missed approaches flown too. One of my two cats went out just after it all started and hasn't come back yet.
