Carbon Cerbie

CF accessories for your Cerbera

There's a new accessory supplier on the scene going by the name of Carbon Cerbie.

Concentrating on - not surprisingly - carbon fibre products for the Cerbera, the company can supply a range of items from air boxes to bonnet vents and headlamp surrounds.

Products in built include a helmet holder and rear parcel shelf.

That's because they have passed their free data transfer allocation on Yahoo!

When will people learn that there is seldom such a thing as free hosting and that it looks totally unprofessional when used?

Your not missing much, I must have got in early and the home page doesn't tell you a great deal and none of the links worked, their products might be great, but the IT side of things lets it down

Those bonnet vents are awful. No airboxes for a 4.5

Allan's car is 4.2 hence the proliferation of 4.2 stuff and no 4.5 stuff yet .. but it will be along in due course.

quality is top notch, i have some stuff on display in my office and it's stunning

Sorry for the website mess been working with plastic to long IT not my strong point as you can see, in the process of going to a higher band width so i have been told, anyway thanks for your comments . The 4.5 manifold air boxes should be along in a couple of weeks moulds are done and just been pressurised, also just doing the first prototype crossover pipes hopefully to replace those lovely rubber ones you get as standard

Yes it all worked for me too. Not sure I like the bonnet vents, but they look well made as do all the other items. I liked the airbox stuff, looks very nice, neat and clean. The photographs of the items in place, especially in the engine bay, could be a bit more clear perhaps. Not sure what more we need to know about them, they are black, carbon fibre, shiny and go on a Cerbera.

However, nice to see someone trying. I hope they sell well.

I'd like to know some more about the stuff, like what are the advantages over the original bits?

Andy

The advantages over normal fibre glass are three things looks ,stiffness and weight, as to weight i can can give you an idea the weight of my original passenger side manifold air box is 1400 grams and the carbon replacement one is 475 grams which as you can see is quite a considerable saving but to be honest i think personally it is the looks it just makes the engine bay look amazing
