Boardman Hybrids - As good as the hype?

Well i had ordered a trek fx 7.3 disc 2011 from evans but been let down with erm supply issues so looks like I am not getting it.
Now my initial alternative was a boardman hybrid comp however these work out about £100 more after cashback/discount. I am considering just ordering one of these instead. Now are these as good as the hype and better than the trek?

If feedback is positive i might just order one later today and get my money back off evans.

Tried one and loved it.
I'd have one in a heartbeat if I didn't already 4 flat barred bikes.
Still might if I can find somewhere to keep it where SWMBO won't find out.
In fact the only thing I prefer more at the moment is the 2013 Whyte Montpelier Carbon I tried out the other weekend - fantastic thing but 3 times the price of the Boardman.

Well reserved one for collection tomorrow, thing is i cant collect tomorrow but will ring store and try and extend this until thurs when i am off work.
Just need to get my money back from evans.
Rang the store, spent about half an hour on hold then no answer. Rang the number on the order confirmation email for customer services, they cannot do refunds over the phone, the store has to do it. they put me back on hold to the store, another 10 mins on hold then i get through to the store. They then tell me that they cant do a refund over £150 over the phone without head office authority.I tell them I am not driving 40 miles round trip to get a refund for something i ordered online.
They will then have to ring me back tomorrow to sort this. I think evans has lost all my future business now due to this and the original bike supply issue.
