Pop up not loading

Ted a window is opening whilst on PH about twice a night but the contents wont load,am i missing some software or is it something esle

It should deliver something regardless of your software (it's a flash ad, but should degrade).

If you can do a "view source" on it it might give me some useful info thanks.
