Tell me your best man speech stories

Had a moment thinking back and being asked by my brother and best mate to be best man at their weddings. I spent ages trying to get the wording right for both and got me thinking, does anyone have some funny stories regarding the best man's speech?

Lucky for me I managed to get all my brothers little stories out but in a way the wifes parents didnt understand in the context everyone else did.

Would be nice to hear some of the stories you guys have. It was a great honour to be picked from all their mates etc. I did search and couldnt see anything like this so please do not shout
