Wooden wheels - what car?

This was posted on a Facebook group called StreetArt in Germany. But what car is it? Someone has commented on it saying it's a Skoda but is that correct?

It is a Skoda, Looks like a 100 from the 1970s

It is a Skoda 100, here's one with proper wheels on it.


Does anyone remember the Mythbusters episode when they tested different materials for wheels, I think it came about from using manhole covers originally but they possibly tried wood as well.
