Homemade pizza toppings, ideas please!
Discussion
Hi all,
Looking for some inspiration for toppings on a homemade pizza.
So far I've come up with sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, chorizo and sweet pepper.... not very imaginative though!
Looking for something interesting or a bit different. Easy on the garlic, too
Ideas and inspiration needed, please help me!

Rosemary infused mascarpone cheese sauce, wild mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter, Roquefort blue cheese, grated mozzarella, topped with parsley.
A recipe I nicked and modified from here and is oh so tasty:

Bolognese sauce is amazingly good.
Thinly sliced chorizo works really well, goes nice and crispy.
Anchovies, and essential ingredient on any pizza, it should also be allowed to go dry and crisp.
Mozzarella (again, essential), plus any other cheese (cheddar works well).
And that's enough. Too many toppings is a bad thing.
