Very excited, had a bit of an impulse purchase on Monday after very quickly popping into Porsche Silverstone on the way home. Have been after one for about a year but wasn't prepared to pay inflated used prices. This one was brand new, just sitting there that no one had snapped up, couldn't believe it! Deal done and I took it away that day one very happy chappy.



















At £40 I'm still not sure if its worth the premium over the Gen 2 3.8 that I still have (plus the white Mk2 996 GT3, green Gen 1 997 GT3 RS and red Gen 2 997 GT3 - have a GT3 fetish), but we'll see as its early days.

I didn't think they looked that good when I saw one. If they did a better one for more money I'd buy.

All the 1:43's aren't that great, but they are passable.
