Mallory Park track guide as if it were needed
Discussion
Mallory is an odd circuit, simple to learn but difficult to master..
It's a very quick circuit, I end up less than 10mph slower at the end of stebbe straight than at the end of revvett at snett. It's probably got the highest average speed too.
For a good lap time you have to get everything perfect.
It was resurfaced last year too and is very smooth so I would expect laptimes to fall. Our best is around a 49.1 I remember being really pleased with that as the year before Tim hood did a 48 I. The black sag, only for him and Darren both do 46's!!!
Give me a shout if you want and I'll give you a quick run through.
Cracking cafe too

Also could i have one of NTEL'S very informative track guides
No problem Perry

Up the start finish straight, brake a bit, turn rigggggghhhhhhhhtttttt a lot, go straight for a fair bit, brake a lot and turn right, turn left a bit, go straight for a bit, brake and then brake more when you realise the first bit of brake wasn't enough, turn right a LOT, go straight for a bit, turn left a bit, go straight a lot and then start again

I was racing there last Sunday in my Chevy V8 powered Esprit Silhouette (and won
) ..... have posted an in car video at http://vimeo.com/47544314 ..... A bit too cautious on cold tyres at the start, track got a bit busy when lapping (and when some had a grand coming together at the Esses) and 3/4 of the way through race had a "momemt" myself
exiting Gerrards .... Hope this helps !!
Cheers Simon
