I hate polishing cars. My daily drives are always filthy, full of rubbish and smell of horses and wet dogs.
So why oh why do I want to get out there and wash and polish my 13 year old Chimaera???
I only bought it (name is "Niggles") to drive and track day, so why did I buy a bottle of Colourmagic, and why am I excited at the thought of getting outside at first light tomorrow to wash and polish Niggles before the sun gets up? Are the men in white coats arriving soon>>>>>????nuts

Me too. I go out for fuel, Kate gets a wash. I need a pint of milk, can walk to the Spa shop but no, must go to Asda in Kate. Come back, she gets a wash. We do a pub lunch, 40 miles or so and bone dry no puddles, come back and yep, she gets another wash. My daily drive Citroen hates her because it never sees a sponge, not unless I use it to go to Halfwits to buy a nice new one for our beloved Chim rolleyes

Didn't manage first light, thanks to a rubbish night's sleep, so did it this evening. Wash rinse and leather, then colormagicked the back half. Will do the front at first light tomorrow.

Believe me, there's no going back now, once you've fallin into the polish trap, you'll get no sleep at all, your'll be lying there 'How good does my TRiv look at this time/light of night' and you will have to get out of bed and have a look...you will not be disapointed.. however try to resist the urge too sleep in your Triv all night,...if you can!
