Don't like the 2hour nature of the tickets, to go with the family would cost me £105 as they charge for children from 5 up. So a lot of money for a fairly brief visit, makes Goodwood look cheap!!
Might mosey down Friday morning though and watch them troop in via the long walk... for free

Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance - please do not be confused by the "timed" entry tickets. All visitors are welcome to spend as much time as they like on both public days of the Concours - Sat and Sun, Sept 8 and 9. The organisers have had to put in the contingency of 'timed' tickets just to ensure that the visitor experience is as pleasant as possible; only when it becomes too congested will the "timed ticket" element take effect.
So, actually, a visit to the Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance represents extremely good value for money: from £25 to spend a day admiring 60 Concours cars within the inner Quadrangle of Windsor Castle, cars owned by The Royal Family, 60 Royal Automobile Club cars, 60 Aston Martin Owners Club Cars, cars on the Octane Tour of Elegance, Jaguar Drivers Club, Bentley Drivers Club etc. What's not to like??

Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance - Sept 7-9, 2012: please don't be confused by the "two hour only" time slot. As organisers, we have put this contingency in place just to ensure the best possible visitor experience and to create an even flow of traffic if required. You can stay all day if you wish!
Don't forget, over the weekend, in addition to the 60 "gems" which form the main part of the Concours within the Quadrangle of Windsor Castle - along with the Royal automobiles and classic motor-cycles, there are numerous car clubs showing amazing displays such as Aston Martin Owners Club, The Royal Automobile Club, Jaguar Drivers Club, Ferrari Owners Club etc. Worth every penny, I would have thought! Thank you. www.concoursofelegance.co.uk
