Hi chaps,

I'm stringing my case out and am now at the 18 month mark and still haven't been into court. It's the cps who can't get their act together. Anyway, I really want to raise a laugh when I finally go to court as well as trying to discredit the equipment. Then we can talk about who completed the nips etc.

Has anybody got the info relating to the above topic heading or anything else which will discredit the Pro-laser.

I wish you luck, if you were in fact innocent of the 'crime'...which I'm sure you were..

If not..let's hope the 'egg' lands on the right face, eh?

Hi Street,

I still believe in being innocent until proven guilty so they need to work for a living darnit! Speeding isn't a crime it's a motoring offence but you know that. Plus they seem to be getting in a bit of a muddle all on their own so I'm happy to play on it and go for the record. I've had a clean license for over 20 years and I'm not rolling over and giving that up lightly

There was also an oncoming car in the frame next to my car so there must be an element of doubt. Couple that with other information I have I reckon doubt will be a good starter for 10 (ie no offence to answer) followed by who completed the nip (my wife). Therefore, failure to provide details could be dismissed as they were provided! Will they run that or not? Hmmmmm

Lastly, the magistrates might relish the chance to aquit or dismiss as they probably have speeding endorsements on their docs.

Was the form signed - if not then they will convict on a S172. But they won't convict on a speeding.
