My Saab 93 aero ttid

Had her a couple of months now,but seriously in love.......she has the hirsch 200bhp upgrade and various other hirsch goodies...

The rides pretty good,despite the 19" alloys and the auto box with manual change on the wheel makes for either a relaxing or exciting drive depending on your mood....

No problems yet other than a Kerbed alloy which Im getting sorted next week...

Bloody fantastic looking.

Been trying to find one of these myself but it's very difficult in northern Ireland. Exact colour and wheels I want, but maybe black leather.

Would be interested in cost to buy and running costs so far.

It's quite a rare combo in red with the hirsch wheels..you might need to get an aero in laser red then source the wheels separately.

Mine is a 08 ttid auto,so the car is in the higher tax bracket of 215 pounds per year...09,s are quite a bit cheaper due to lower c02 emissions.

Mpg is working out at 38 as an average since I bought it,which I'm reasonably happy with given the performance and the fact that the mrs uses it quite a bit in the town.

Also,I would have preferred a black interior too.....

Nice looking car! I think it's a shame they did the rear lights in clear plastic though - would look much sleeker/less tarty if they were red.

That is awesome, really like the wheels. The parents recently bought an 08 9-3 saloon, really nice car to drive and seriously comfy seats

Yeah that would be easier probably.

Would happily take a different colour other than red if I could get the right spec - well except black.

Had quick look - wheels without tyres are 1000.

Very hard even finding an aero ttdi over here.

had a semi serious look at a ttid convertible, reckon it would have looked lovely with those wheels. how pokey does it feel?

It's all in the torque with these and yes it feels very pokey with the hirsch upgrade....probably not much less with the standard version.

Those 93s are fantastic looking cars in Aero trim. I am very tempted to get one to replace my aging 05 93. You can pick up leggy Aero TTIDs for £6k now

The cambelts not due till 90 k on the ttid either,plus they are much more reliable than the standard diesels...

Got to say I love this car......I just don't know what will replace it in a couple of years,the only car that sparks any interest is a v60 tourer......or the new Alfa estate when it eventuly appears.

Happy for quite a while now tho...as are my pups who now have luxury accommodation!
