Playing digital video files on CRT.
Discussion
I have an old CRT in my home gym and would like to play some digital files on this.
It only has scart input and RF aerial input.
Assuming that I had digital files mostly Divx and resolution at 720p how would I play these on a simple CRT set. Is there a cheap media player that would do this?
Also am thinking about getting a freeview box for the same setup.
Is there any combined box I could buy?
Thanks in advance.

If you want something simple for playing files off USB sticks and memory cards I can thoroughly recommend the Sumvision Cyclone players. very cheap, comes with a composite lead for your CRT and very straightforward to use. I bought one for my mum and she loves it. If you can get the 3 version as it has some space built in so you don't even need a memory card or stick. but the 1 and 2 versions both work very well.
