anyone have a track day planned?

after enjoying the club trackday at Cadwell I am looking to get another one in before the end of the summer, but would prefer to be among a few tvrs, has anyone got anything planned for August/September?

I know its pricey but its the full GP track and its cheaper than you can get anywhere else too. Much like the TVRCC track days they are looking to boost the numbers and as its run by a car club it should be friendly and well run.

Just need to get my car back working. Been off the road since Le Mans now

Hi Clive, we plan to get out at Snetterton this month and possibly Rockingham but am always open to ideas!!
Are you coming to the Ring and Spa in October? There is a few of us booked up to this 3 day track bonanza and i hope to take the Ls as well as the Tuscan so should be a special trip as long as the weather hold out. Would be good if you can make it.

I'll be at Spa for the 10th October but couldn't make the Ring. What day are planning to go to Snetterton?

snetterton is a bit of a pain to get to for me, spa is a no no this year, was there last may for the spa classic and had 1/2hr on track, so when you add up 3 weeks holiday and 1 week for the spa/euro trip I`m running out of time off work

I am very interested in Pembrey on the 15th sept, its a saturday 105db for £159 with
www.motorsport-events.co.uk/track-days.php

have watched racing there but never driven the circuit, looks quite good, and have a relative in south wales to put me up for a night or 2.

anyone else fancy it??

rico whats up with the car?

Unfortunately the fuel pump failed on the way back from Le Mans. It was also due its MOT and service so it had that plus Nitrons serviced, new springs, new clutch slave cylinder, discs and pads all round, new windscreen etc etc but on the way home after 7 weeks without it the ECU played up It either refuses to tick over or ticks over at about 400rpm. Its back with Jason now and I'm sure he will get to the bottom of it.

Pembrey sounds tempting. It looks a nice track, Saturday is a bonus and noise level and the price very good. Just hoping the car will be back by then. I know Jason has a few people on holiday in August. If it is back by the end of August I'm keen to get out on track and try the new springs before Silverstone.

Nothing booked yet but need to do some testing soon! I will post some dates in the next couple of days.

In case you are interested there's a few of us who were at Cadwell (my cascade copper T350t, a blue Tuscan S, and the Grey fire belching 450 wedge) planning to do a Snetterton day with Easytrack in September.

Yes, Richard and Christian. Snetterton 300 on 17th Sept with Easytrack. I've just booked. I've not been there since the 'new' bit was added so hopefully I wont be a mobile chicane! I'm fairly sure the other 2 guys I mentioned will be there too, so let's have a bit of a TVR posse.

Was at Cadwell in my cerb. Quite fancy that,but doing Silverstone on 24th. Will have to have a think about it.

I've booked through circuitdays.co.uk but the two days at Spa are now sold out. Currently there's a few places remaining for the Ring though.

It's an organised track day with limited cars, not an open tourist session.
