Noisy window solutions?

I have an annoying clicking/ creaking from my drivers door window, seems right against my ear! It's only when the window is up and I think there must be a very slight movement between the glass and rubber seal when driving, causing the noise. Anybody know of anything I can apply to the rubber seal to stop this? It's one of those noises that once you become aware of its impossible to ignore!

+1 often used on rubber seals that a squeaking
Just don't put too much on and keep away from the brush at the bottom of the glass or you will forever be smearing the glass
I buy it in a tuber rather than aerosol, easier to dispense and rub in to the seal

When I had my BMW they recommended something called Gummi Pflege, as it did not contain silicone. They advised against using silicone sprays as they can attract dust and dry out the rubber.

I have heard very mixed reviews of gummipflege. I was looking to order some but came across so many negative reviews that I didn't bother in the end.

Had the same problem as the OP in my V8V. Only seemed to be a problem on the driver side window. Wound up putting a small piece of black foam in the upper rear corner to help silence it.

God hope it doesn't come to that! I have ordered some of the Gummi-Pflege £5.95 delivered, and will try that.

Over the last 2.5 years whether AM actually have a box of rattles and squeaks that they build into the car, especially the dashboard, which the dealers then have to find and remove one by one!
