Simple Sonos Question

Evening all,

This is probably a bit of a daft question, but I currently have a ZP120 lined up with a roof mounted speaker in my Bedroom. I would like to have music in the bathroom now aswell, but not convinced its worth the extra costs (ZP + speaker)

Can I just splice into the speaker wire running to the Bedroom speaker, and connect up a second speaker? The rooms are next door to each other so the actual speaker would only be about 3m away from each other.

Depending on the speakers this should be fine, wire them as if you are splitting them in two and you should be fine.

Any more than splitting two ways can have a bad effect on your zp120 and you should use a proper speaker switch.

Be aware you volume levels will drop as well.
