Roll Bar Bushes - Easy DIY ?

Considering upgrading roll bar bushes to polybushes front & rear.

Is this an easy DIY or a real PITA - any hints or tipe from anyone completing this. Worth changing the brackets at the same time ?

rear is easy, front less so, but just because the bolts are hard to get to. I found it easy to do the taking to bits, less so to put back together.

As the polys are "full bodied", they can be a pain to compress in their brackets, rear moreso I found.

If so, ease the rear bracks up into situ with the help of a trolley jack.
