ignition just fell apart, car stuck turned on.Does anyone know what it is or where from?

Managed to get it home..
Is it just a kit car ignition as im sure ive got one somewhere??

you can replace it with any switch that can take 20-30amps plus, the car jacker do not need one, they bypass it...........
seriously if you run the ultima loom unaltered most likely too much current on this piece and better pass these white wires through 2 or 3 relays and make the ignition switch control them.

It's a pretty basic switch so any aftermarket version will do the job.
As said, the switch is carrying way to much current. Fitting a relay behind the fuse box is both a simple and worthwhile mod.

and, as i discovered - not fused ! so if the main wire from the ign touchs the chassis (as it did in my car)..... guess what happens !

ignition is old mini... replaced.. trying to locate wires by fuse box now to put through a relay..

White from the switch is ignition switched live. It powers 2 fuses. Both come out as green wires.

Disconnect the whites from the fuse box and take those to relay pin 85. Wire pin 86 with black wire to earth. Bring a heavy brown wire from the battery or any permanent live and connect to pin 30. Connect pin 87 to the fuses using heavy white wire.
