My left shoulder, specifically rotator cuff, is starting to give me some real gyp.
Not worked shoulders out for a good few weeks now, but still problems.
Hurt a bit when I benched heavier weights (over 100kg or so) but now also hurts on lighter weights.
Do that shoulder exercise with light dumbells that's well known, anyone know any others?
Or is it going to be surgery time?
Cheers

Try doing shoulder dislocates (youtube it)- excellent for stretching out the shoulders and sorting niggles Not worked shoulders out for a good few weeks now, but still problems.

Cable machines are excellent for rotator cuff exercises...
Like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHwHyPMF8QM but actually that guy is not doing a very good demo. You need to keep your elbow tight to your side.
