McLaren Employee Motorshow

I've had a pair of tickets given to me for this weekend at MTC - has anyone been?

Not really sure what to expect....

Went 2 years ago, its a chance for employees (as you can imagine theres a lot of car nuts that work there) to display their P&J's in the car park around the MTC for the day. There's some wonderfully diverse stuff from hot rod yank metal to old Lotus's, camper vans to Italian stuff and also motorbikes etc. I had a great day when I went with the added bonus that the MTC was open so you could drool at the cars in the main foyer and look at all the silverware in the trophy cabinets.

When I went it was just before the MP4-12C was on sale and they had a car on display and there was a few other cars from other manafactures parked up round the back which you could tell were 'benchmark' cars which was cool to see.

Did you get selected? I was on the short list but didn't get to the final selection. I'll just park the everyday hack in the public car park.
