The plates that fit to the front of the main cab either side in the front clip area is exposed to potential water ingress. I can't find any gasket in my kit, so presume I need to make a rubber gasket?

3/4 single sided foam tape ... on e bay 2 quid per roll .

Make sure it's closed cell foam and it works a treat.

Mine are not sealed and there is no evidence of there being a leak.
Remember that most of the cover is hidden behind the rear face of the front clip.
