Moisture even if air-con isnt running?

Ive got a 2002 ford focus 2 litre with air conditioning.
I had a look under the car after a journey and noticed that there was a droplet of fluid of somekind hanging from one of the pipes going into the air conditioning pump.

Funny thing is, I hadnt used air con at all in the 15 mile journey home.

Could this droplet be a by-product of the air con pump or do I have the makings of a more worrying problem?

Just the air-con giving off condensation. Mine hasn't been on for a week but is still giving off condensation.
